RETURN/SHIPPING POLICIES
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your items purchased. Here is our return policy in case your purchase is not working out for you. Here is our policy:
SHIPPING
- Packages are being shipped out as fast as possible! The only exception are pre-orders, we ship those out as soon as we get them in. Any item purchased Monday-Friday will shipped out the same day if purchased by 2pm. Saturday purchases will go out the following Monday.
- Tracking information is emailed once your items have been shipped
- FREE shipping on orders over $150
- Not all items are eligible for shipping, those items are listed as in store purchase only
RETURNS
- It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping on all returns.
- Store credit is only provided for all returns made within 10 DAYS from the day purchased. NO REFUNDS will be put back on the original payment method.
- Store credits will be applied to your account after we receive your eligible return. Emails will be sent with your return and store credits applied.
- Credits can be used in store or online
